What is Qualiphy?
Qualiphy is a telehealth platform for medspas, wellness clinics and telehealth brands. It connects your patients with licensed providers who carry out Good Faith Exams, and can support prescription treatments through partner pharmacies.
What is a Good Faith Exam?
A medical evaluation by a licensed provider before a patient receives an elective treatment, such as injectables, fillers or IV therapy. Many states require one before treatment can go ahead. Rules vary by state, so check what applies to your business with Qualiphy and your own advisers.
How much does Qualiphy cost?
Qualiphy charges per completed exam, from $27.99, with no sign-up fee, monthly fee or minimum. Pricing is set by Qualiphy, so check the current rates with their team.
What is the Quidget?
The Quidget is Qualiphy’s exam tool for your website. Patients can start their exam from your site, without being sent somewhere else.
Is The Pepper Agency part of Qualiphy?
No. We are an independent web agency that builds websites for Qualiphy clients. Your Qualiphy account, its pricing and its medical services are agreed directly between you and Qualiphy.
Do I need a Qualiphy account before I buy a build?
Yes. The account is yours, and we connect it to your site during the build. If you do not have one yet, book a demo with Qualiphy first. You can buy your build at the same time, and we start once your account is ready.
What does Pepper do that Qualiphy doesn’t?
Qualiphy provides the providers and the exams. We build the website around them: your storefront and WooCommerce checkout, the Quidget installed and styled to your brand, exams mapped to your products, and hosting and support after launch.
Who is responsible for compliance?
Your clinic remains responsible for its own medical, regulatory and advertising compliance, with guidance from your own advisers. Qualiphy provides the licensed providers and exams. We design, build and maintain the website.
