Build and add-on fees are payable in full before work begins and are non-refundable once we have received your project brief and started work. If you cancel before we have started, we will refund the build fee less a reasonable administration charge covering work already done.

Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees remain payable for the notice period. Where twelve months have been paid upfront, the twelve months start on the day your site goes live, and the paid term runs to its end date and is not refundable in part, except as set out below.

Fees already paid are not refunded where we end or suspend services because of a breach of our Terms of Service, or where Qualiphy or your payment processor declines or closes your account.

If you paid for a plan upfront and your agreement ends after we have started work but before your site goes live, we refund the amount you paid less the standard build fee of $799 and any add-on fees.

If we end a plan early for a reason other than your breach, or you end it because of our material breach, we refund any whole months you paid for upfront but have not used.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
