What does it cost?
The build is $799, with everything included. Your plan starts the day your site goes live: $99 a month for Pepper Care, or $199 a month for Pepper Growth. Pay 12 months of either plan upfront and the build drops to $399. A brand identity can be added for $250. Your domain, Qualiphy fees and payment processing fees are paid directly by you.
What is the Quidget integration?
The Quidget is Qualiphy’s white-label telemedicine plugin. We install it on your site and connect it to your products, so patients complete their health questions and consultation on your website, under your brand. Your Qualiphy account stays yours.
I don’t use Qualiphy yet. What should I do?
You will need your own Qualiphy account, because every site we build is set up around it. Find out how Qualiphy works and book a demo with their team. You can buy your build at the same time, and we start once your account is ready.
How long does a project take?
It depends on your project and how quickly we receive your brief and materials. Once your brief is in, we give you an estimated launch date. If you need it sooner, ask about our express service, which is subject to availability and an additional fee.
What happens after launch?
Your site runs on the plan you chose. Pepper Care covers hosting, updates, security, backups, performance and technical support. Pepper Growth adds SEO, content, reporting and conversion work each month.
What does Pepper Growth include each month?
Everything in Pepper Care, plus two blog articles of about 800 words, approved by you before they go live; an SEO check and fixes; a monthly report on traffic and search progress; one conversion improvement; and up to 2 hours of content changes. Unused work does not carry over to the next month.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Within one business day. If your site is down or your checkout is not working, we treat it as an emergency and act as quickly as possible, including outside business days. Growth requests are handled first.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans have no minimum term. Email us with 30 days’ notice, and your plan, hosting and support continue until the notice period ends. If you paid 12 months upfront, the plan runs to the end of that year.
Who owns my website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your business’s name, and your content and data belong to you. You have admin access to your site from day one. If you ever leave, we provide a complete export of your site.
Do you only work with healthcare brands?
Yes. We work with medspas, wellness clinics and telehealth businesses. Every site we build is designed around the Quidget and the way patients book treatments online.
